Joanne comes from a marketing background starting her career in the New York advertising world.  She has marketed many different products/services in many different industries.  

 

Her true passion has been tourism/travel and real estate.  During her tenure handling the marketing for a regional real estate company she learned all about the real estate business and purchased her first investment vacation rental property on Cape Cod.

 

This investment property lead to the birth and ownership of New England Vacation Rentals that managed over 250 Vacation rental homes on the Cape.  She has now moved onto becoming a Real Estate Broker with the start and management of Vieux Pointe Realty.

 

She considers herself a marketing professional ready to tackle any business challenge.  She and her team been helping homeowners with professional advise to buy, sell and/or restage and rebrand their homes to meet the vacation rental marketplace of today.
